I am very Blessed!!

It seems like we have been in a constant storm or trial, and as I was doing my bible reading the other day. It occurred to me that during all this God has taught not only me, but my family too. Our home life is a little different than others. My kids give up A lot and do without A lot, and most of the time it is due to my MS. We have been talking about character in our family devotional time. I have noticed that it just comes natural for my kids to be the one that stands up for Christ, and puts everyone else first, before themselves. Example the other day at school they had some kind of party. They were passing out the drinks ( Capri Suns) Clay had already got his, but they ran out before all the kids got one. Clay saw this and went to his teacher and told her to give his drink to the one little kiddo that did not get one, and he would like a glass of water..... WOW!!! that just made my heart smile so big. I honestly feel that my kiddos would give someone the clothes off there back if someone needed them. Another one was this week when Emily told her band teacher that she could not do All Region this year. When her dad and I talked to her about it she said she did not want to add anything else to her dads plate or make things hard for us in anyway. ( I have been real sick for the past month, so Dusty has had to be dad and mom, school bus driver,maid, cook, and anything else that came up all while he was taking care of me, and making sure i got to the Dr's office, and the ER visits for test and surgery while he still worked his full time job Monday through Friday He leaves the house at 6:30am and gets home at 5:30pm, and still worked his second job at Ropers on Friday and Saturday nites, and always had a smile and praising God everyday) If there was an award for the most Christlike, hardest working, most compassionate,and biggest heart ever he would get it every year!!!!! I love Dusty so much I thank God for making Dusty and giving him to ME!!!! There is no one else on this earth that could love me and take such good care of me and our kids. he does everything in his power to try to get them all the things they want, God provides for all our needs!!!!
